Refill conversations with a clear handoff
Use pharmacy-approved patient lists, verify identity and record the patient’s request. The pharmacy confirms prescription validity, remaining refills, payer timing and dispensing requirements. Agents do not authorize a refill or substitute a medication.
Delivery questions, handled personally
Use pharmacy-confirmed order and shipment information to answer administrative questions. Record address-check requests and delivery preferences within the approved process. Escalate missing shipments or medication concerns promptly; never promise shipment or advise whether a delayed dose should be taken.
Retention beyond a single transaction
Follow up on incomplete requests, requested callbacks and service concerns. Document the reason a patient wants to pause or stop contact and route the disposition. Any move into specialized therapies or controlled substances requires its own qualified, pharmacy-approved workflow.
Medication reminders with pharmacist access
Deliver only the approved reminder from the authorized record. Questions about dosing, missed doses, side effects or interactions go to the pharmacist. Measure refill requests and completed fulfillment separately; reminder calls do not establish adherence.
Common questions
Are your call agents pharmacists?
No pharmacist staffing is established by this offer. Call agents provide administrative support and route clinical questions to your licensed team.
Can the service work in our pharmacy system?
Access and any integration must be validated during scoping. No universal pharmacy-system integration is assumed.
