Education and navigation
Help callers locate official Medicare information, organize their questions and identify whether they need a pharmacy, supplier, plan member-services team or licensed insurance professional. General education does not determine an individual’s benefits.
Requested callbacks and appointments
Use the permissions and workflow approved for each engagement. Record the purpose of the callback and the receiving organization. Collect only what is necessary; a resource download is not permission for an unrelated sales call.
Member and patient follow-through
Scope administrative onboarding, missing-information follow-up, service callbacks and documented handoffs. Insurance selling capacity is a separate workstream: state licensing, appointments, certifications, approved materials and plan oversight must be confirmed before it starts.
